We offer an application that allows us to connect to your computer for hands-on remote tech-support. Available on the the PC platform only. The connection can only be established from your PC to our server via the application that you download and install on your PC. We can NOT initiate the connection to your PC from our server. The connection can ONLY be started from your PC.
Due to privacy issues and the sensitive nature of this type of connection, we will NOT accept any unsolicited connection attempts. You have to contact us first via email to support@netwood.net or call us at 310-442-1530 and request remote tech-support. Depending on the nature of the tech-support needed, charges might apply. If so, we will inform you at the initial request.
